A chef from North China's Shanxi province has become an ambassador for the traditional Chinese food — noodles — thanks to his skill making dough into noodles of different shapes.
Shanxi is well-known for its noodles, which can be made into many different forms with various flavors.
Wang Zhanglong, 36, started making noodles at a restaurant in Shanxi's capital Taiyuan 20 years ago.
He has mastered unique skills. For example, he can make daoxiao noodles, or knife-cut noodles, with the dough on his head while riding a unicycle.
He can make 16,384 thin strips of noodles with one single piece of dough.
Wang has performed in more than 20 countries including the United States, Italy and Portugal.
