HK able to move on as new security law fairly implemented: experts

Hong Kong is able to move on as the National Security Law is being fairly implemented in the city and gradually understood by its residents, a group of professionals told a webinar held by China Daily on Friday.
Their confidence comes from the robust institutional checks and balances Hong Kong has, they said.
