China's Hubei reports 3 locally transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases


WUHAN - Central China's Hubei province reported three new locally transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases on Monday, the provincial health commission said Tuesday.
All the locally transmitted confirmed COVID-19 patients were registered in the city of Jingmen, and have been transferred to designated hospitals for treatment.
Previously, the province reported zero increase in COVID-19 infections on Saturday and Sunday.
By the end of Monday, Hubei had reported 68,285 confirmed COVID-19 cases, including 87 locally transmitted cases who have been under treatment at designated hospitals, mainly discovered in the provincial capital Wuhan and the city of Jingmen.
There were also 67 locally transmitted asymptomatic cases under medical observation in the province, meanwhile nine imported asymptomatic carriers were also under medical observation.
