SIAL Shanghai takes place from May 19 to 21 at the city's Shanghai New International Expo Centre. As a premier food and beverage exhibition catering to both the Asian market and the global market, SIAL Shanghai has drawn over 5,000 exhibitors from over 75 countries and regions, showcasing over 350,000 novel products.
