人民幣升值問題是最近的熱點問題之一，在有關(guān)這方面的報道中我們經(jīng)常可以看到hot
money這個詞，例如：Chinese central bank governor Zhou Xiaochuan stressed that the
Chinese central bank has the capability to sterilize the liquidity impact of
inflow of "hot money" with additional monetary-policy instruments.
這句話的意思是中國中央銀行有能力通過附加的貨幣政策來避免“熱錢”大量流入而帶來的影響。所謂“熱錢”就是人們對國際套利資本的通俗說法。當(dāng)人民幣匯率預(yù)期改善、利率高于外幣時，“熱錢”會千方百計的流入套利。
