總是低頭看手機看平板,一不小心脖子就又僵了。是時候改變生活方式,遠離“短信脖”啦。
Text neck refers to the neck and upper back pain caused by an excessive and prolonged forward head tilt, such as when texting or performing other mobile device tasks.
“短信脖”指的是由于過度和長時間的頭部傾斜導致的頸部和上背部疼痛,比如發送短信,或者使用移動設備時的其他動作。
The root of the problem appears to be our heads which, weighing in at 4–5 kilos, are harder to support when we bend over.
產生這一問題的根本原因在于我們的頭部:它們重達4至5千克。我們低頭時,就會很難支撐頭的重量。
Lanman and Cuellar suggest simple lifestyle changes to relieve the stress from the ‘text neck’ posture. They recommend holding cell phones in front of the face, or near eye level, while texting.
蘭曼和利亞爾建議說,簡單的生活方式的改變就可以減輕“短信脖”給身體的壓力。他們建議人們在發送短信時,把手機舉到臉前面,或者與眼睛高度平齊。
