維護(hù)地區(qū)的穩(wěn)定，實現(xiàn)睦鄰友好，關(guān)鍵還是要靠地區(qū)國家共同努力。鄰里發(fā)生糾紛，這也是難以避免的事情，但只要以誠相待，堅持用外交、和平手段來解決，我們完全可以維護(hù)地區(qū)的穩(wěn)定。至于域外國家，像美國，可以說從來就沒有離開過亞太，我們可以在亞太地區(qū)進(jìn)行合作，管控好分歧。
