15日，二十國集團(tuán)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人第十次峰會(huì)在土耳其安塔利亞舉行。國家主席習(xí)近平出席并發(fā)表題為《創(chuàng)新增長路徑 共享發(fā)展成果》的重要講話，強(qiáng)調(diào)二十國集團(tuán)要加強(qiáng)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策溝通和協(xié)調(diào)，推動(dòng)改革創(chuàng)新，構(gòu)建開放型世界經(jīng)濟(jì)，落實(shí)2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程。

Chinese President Xi Jinping on Sunday proposed strengthened coordination on macroeconomic policy, innovation-driven development and an open world economy as prescriptions for boosting global growth.
11月15日，習(xí)近平提出二十國集團(tuán)要加強(qiáng)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策溝通和協(xié)調(diào)，推動(dòng)改革創(chuàng)新，構(gòu)建開放型世界經(jīng)濟(jì)以促進(jìn)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長。

今年G20峰會(huì)（Group of 20 summit）的主題是“共同行動(dòng)以實(shí)現(xiàn)包容和穩(wěn)健增長”（collective action for inclusive and robust growth）。與會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人圍繞世界經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢、全面增長戰(zhàn)略、就業(yè)和投資等議題發(fā)表看法。

以下是習(xí)近平講話的一些要點(diǎn)：

二十國集團(tuán)既要治標(biāo)以求眼下穩(wěn)增長，又要治本以謀長遠(yuǎn)添動(dòng)力。
G20 should work to maintain a stable economic growth in the short term, while seeking to inject new impetus into the world economy in the long run.

這次國際金融危機(jī)復(fù)雜程度遠(yuǎn)超以往，解決起來需要綜合施策，絕非一日之功。
The current crisis is far more complex than any of the previous crises, and it can not be fixed overnight.

習(xí)近平提出了四點(diǎn)建議：

第一，加強(qiáng)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策溝通和協(xié)調(diào)，形成政策和行動(dòng)合力。
Strengthen communication and coordination on macroeconomic policies

第二，推動(dòng)改革創(chuàng)新，增強(qiáng)世界經(jīng)濟(jì)中長期增長潛力。
Promote reform and innovation to enhance growth potential

第三，構(gòu)建開放型世界經(jīng)濟(jì)，激發(fā)國際貿(mào)易和投資活力。
Build an open world economy to bring out vigor in international trade and investment

第四，落實(shí)2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程，為公平包容發(fā)展注入強(qiáng)勁動(dòng)力。
Implement the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development to inject strong impetus into equitable and inclusive development

中國有信心、有能力保持經(jīng)濟(jì)中高速增長，繼續(xù)為各國發(fā)展創(chuàng)造機(jī)遇。
China, as the world's second largest economy, has the confidence and ability to sustain a medium-high growth rate and continue to create development opportunities for other countries.

中國在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)最困難的時(shí)刻，承擔(dān)了拉動(dòng)增長的重任。2009年到2011年間，中國對世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)到50%以上。目前，中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增速雖有所放緩，對世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的貢獻(xiàn)率仍在30%以上，仍是世界經(jīng)濟(jì)重要?jiǎng)恿υ础?br/>China shouldered the responsibility of driving economic growth in times of the world economic hardship. China had contributed up to 50 percent of world economic growth from 2009 to 2011. Despite a recent slowdown, China still contributes 30 percent to world economic growth, which means that China still acts as a major world economic powerhouse.

未來5年，中國將按照創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享的發(fā)展理念，著力實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，堅(jiān)持新型工業(yè)化、信息化、城鎮(zhèn)化、農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化同步發(fā)展；堅(jiān)持綠色低碳發(fā)展，改善環(huán)境質(zhì)量；堅(jiān)持深度融入全球經(jīng)濟(jì)，落實(shí)“一帶一路”倡議；堅(jiān)持全面保障和改善民生，使發(fā)展成果更多更公平惠及全體人民。
In the next five years, China will adhere to a path of innovative, coordinated, green, open and shared development, and will encourage a system that nurtures innovation. The country will try to realize the synchronous development of the new type of industrialization, IT application, urbanization and agricultural modernization. In the coming years, China will highlight green and low-carbon development, improve its environmental quality, become heavily involved in global economy, and carry out the Belt and Road Initiative. The world's second largest economy will continue to vigorously improve its people's well-being and ensure that the benefits of development are shared by all.
